Senior Engineering Manager

Location: Must be located in Türkiye and able to collaborate effectively with teams in EMEA time zones.

What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers working on core parts of the JSM / ITSM portfolio.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback, and build an inclusive, high‑performing team culture.
• Own the delivery and operational excellence of critical services in a modern, cloud‑based microservices environment.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to define roadmaps, shape customer‑centric solutions, and measure impact.
• Guide technical and architectural decisions, balancing speed, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Champion DevOps and “you build it, you run it” practices, including CI/CD, observability, incident management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineers, including leading high‑performing teams in production environments.
• Strong technical background with recent hands‑on coding experience.
• Experience building and operating large‑scale, cloud‑based web or SaaS products (e.g. microservices, distributed systems).
• Demonstrated experience implementing DevOps best practices and driving operational excellence (CI/CD, monitoring/observability, incident management).
• Proven track record of partnering with Product Management and Design to deliver customer‑facing features end‑to‑end.
• Must be located in Türkiye and able to collaborate effectively with teams in EMEA time zones.
