What you will do

• Lead a high-performing engineering team, focusing on hiring, performance, and career growth.
• Build the security modular platform, driving architecture, design, and implementation for scalability and reliability.
• Execute technical strategy, partnering with architects for long-term vision, modernization, and AI integration.
• Ensure engineering excellence by promoting testing, code reviews, and adoption of security best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams (Product, DevOps, Security) to align plans and meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Manage delivery lifecycle, platform evolution, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience integrating existing security services to a modular platform at scale.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern backend stacks (e.g., Node.js, Java, Go, Python).
• Background with SecOps capabilities such as IAM, data classification, static and dynamic code scanning, WAF, SIEM, and key management.
• Experience working with and developing CI/CD pipelines with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to have

• Experience developing SDKs and CLIs.
• Experience with AI in the context of security and developer experience.
• Related Certifications (CISSP, CCSK).
