What you will do
- Deliver significant improvements to the ads identity system for linking events to people.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap and collaborate on long-term strategy across ads product managers.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of the ads identity ecosystem through self-learning, data exploration, and market research.
- Create metrics and goals in collaboration with data science to incentivize models and the team.
- Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy teams to deliver sustainable system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 2+ years as a product manager of a machine learning product or 5+ years as a data scientist working with product teams.
- Experience delivering or partnering with product and cross-functional teams to deliver complex and scaled projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in applied statistical analysis.
- A foundational understanding of the ads identity ecosystem.
- Proven ability to directly drive execution across all aspects of the product development cycle and collaborate cross-functionally without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience writing SQL queries and exploring data independently.
- PhD or Masters in Probability, Statistics, or Behavioral Economics.
- 2+ years working on an ads product measuring or serving behavioral advertising.
- 2+ years setting goals for a product team.
- Experience building or sourcing ground truth data sets.
