What you will do
- Own end-to-end campaign execution and optimize user acquisition campaigns.
- Drive creative testing and scale top-performing ideas.
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to drive growth strategies.
- Experiment with new channels, creative formats, and campaign ideas.
- Build global partnerships with ad platform partners and external agencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or paid media (ideally in mobile apps or consumer tech).
- Strong knowledge of paid social platforms and campaign optimization.
- Analytical mindset and confident using data to guide decisions.
- Creative curiosity and a collaborative energy.
- Optimization and AI curiosity.
- Fluent in English.
