What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for paid social and search channels including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Optimize 7-figure annual budgets to maximize MRR impact and minimize cost per deal.
• Collaborate with Sales Development to refine lead quality and improve full-funnel conversion metrics.
• Execute a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative.
• Partner with CRO and Content teams to enhance landing pages and creative assets for performance.
• Report on marketing spend efficiency and attribution to align with business-wide revenue goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
• Proven track record managing large-scale 7-figure annual budgets.
• Bilingual fluency in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with ad copywriting and creative performance testing.
