• Plan, implement, and analyze social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok) for the Spanish and Italian markets.
• Develop creative and engaging content reflecting ESN brand identity for Spain and Italy.
• Work with international and local teams to align social media activities with overall brand strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and build community engagement for the Spanish and Italian markets.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing with successful campaign management.
• Deep understanding of key social media platforms, tools, and content creation.
• Skilled in social media data analysis for strategy optimization.
• Team player familiar with the specifics of the Italian and Spanish markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and Italian.
