What you will do

• Plan, implement, and analyze social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in the Spanish and Italian market.
• Develop creative and engaging content that reflects the brand identity and resonates with the target audience in Spain and Italy.
• Work closely with the international team and local partners to ensure social media activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
• Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Ensure that the brand message remains consistent across all social media channels, keeping the audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns.
• Build up accounts for the Spanish and Italian market and ensure engagement with the community.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and have successfully managed social media campaigns for brands (preferably in the FMCG or sports nutrition industry).
• Deep understanding of key social media platforms and tools and know how to create content that appeals to various audiences.
• Skilled in social media data analysis and use insights to continuously optimize your strategies.
• Team player and enjoy working cross-functionally and are familiar with the specifics of the Italian and Spanish market.
• Fluent in Spanish and Italian.
