Product Manager (Energy Sector)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Energy Sector): Focusing on daily operations and product enablement within hirify.global Energy. Working with experienced colleagues to validate and communicate new product features to both internal and external stakeholders. Focus on monitoring user experience, identifying new requirements, and supporting product trials and implementation projects.

What you will do

• Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Owners in defining and documenting new features.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support delivery of new features and perform acceptance testing.
• Aid the service support teams and lead incident response and management.
• Actively engage with stakeholders and industry to communicate product capabilities and best practice.
• Evaluate tender specifications and define the best solution working with the sales team to provide Customers with the most effective configuration of the product.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager, with a background in software engineering.
• Experience delivering products to customers in the Energy sector.
• Experience working with modern cloud-based web applications and platforms.
• Technically minded, with a passion for solving complex issues.
• Customer focused and eager to learn about what would drive more value for customers.
• Good communication skills and are comfortable and confident when speaking to stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Experience working with agile methodologies in multi-team environment.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
