What you will do

• Design engaging game-based learning experiences with a strong focus on interaction, feedback, and progression.
• Shape how choices, consequences, and rewards are experienced by the user.
• Work hands-on with visual design and interaction design to bring ideas to life.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers in small, cross-functional teams.
• Prototype, test, iterate, and refine concepts; often without perfect information.

Requirements

• Have a strong understanding of game design principles and how to apply them to digital products.
• Have a sharp eye for visual quality and detail.
• Enjoy designing interactions that feel clear, responsive, and rewarding.
• Care deeply about how users experience choices, feedback, and progression.
• Quickly spot what’s missing and how an experience can be improved.
• Have experience from smaller teams or interactive products where delivery and quality both mattered.
