Job Posting: Business Development Manager (Remote)

Company NDA is looking for a BD specialist with extensive Web3 expertise. We provide real and transparent solutions for early-stage and established Web3 projects, specializing in tokenomics design, liquidity management, and funding strategies.

What you'll do:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space;

Build and maintain strong client relationships;

Conduct market research and develop growth strategies;

Negotiate and close deals while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven BD/sales experience in the international market;

Hands-on experience with Web3 technologies and digital marketing (existing Web3 network preferred);

Familiarity with tokenomics and liquidity management;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Mandarin is a plus);

Ability to work independently and remotely;

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics;

Background in the cryptocurrency industry.
