What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build relationships with ecosystem leaders at top L1/L2 and stablecoin protocols.
  • Create content that builds trust and demonstrates expertise.
  • Own the marketing pipeline from ideation through to delivery, also supporting founder led marketing.
  • Define ideal customer profiles based on early wins and losses.
  • Lay groundwork for future team hires.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales in SaaS or Web3, with at least 2 years selling to enterprise buyers.
  • Proven track record carrying quota in an early-stage environment.
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch (you've been the first or second sales hire).
  • Comfortable with $25K-$100K+ ACV deals with 3-6 month sales cycles.
  • You know the difference between L1s, L2s, and infrastructure protocols.
  • You can write and produce video content that teaches and builds authority.
