What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Build and lead a high-performing global sales team.

- Oversee the sales pipeline and optimize lead qualification and conversion.
- Negotiate complex deals and foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in fintech, payments, or web3.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals.
- Ability to define and optimize sales metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 equivalent).
- Deep knowledge of fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
