What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through partnerships, direct sales, and customer acquisition.
• Build and lead a high-performing global sales team.
• Identify new market opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and optimize lead qualification and conversion.
• Negotiate complex deals and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles in fintech, payments, or web3.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals.
• Ability to define and optimize sales metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 equivalent).
• Deep knowledge of fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
