TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Blockchain): Developing and optimizing relationships with industry-leading executives and evangelising Crystal's software and services with an accent on identifying decision-makers, qualifying sales leads, and setting up appointments. Focus on driving pipeline through opportunity creation, uncovering prospect needs, and consistently exceeding quotas and KPIs.

Location: Remote (APAC), this role will be a part of the MEA/APAC wider team.

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales Executives to identify and source net-new pipeline leading to closed revenue.
  • Drive pipeline through opportunity creation and uncover prospect needs via phone and web research.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Accurately document details of identified opportunities for timely follow-up.
  • Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities.
  • Maintain existing customers, manage renewals, and account growth (a smaller part of the role).

Requirements

  • Four plus years of relevant professional experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or commission sales.
  • Preferably experience in crypto/blockchain compliance, the SaaS industry, or FinTech/Regtech Industry.
  • Knowledge of selling services to AML and compliance teams in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability to build professional rapport by telephone with Executive or C-level prospects.
  • High proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
