What you will do

• Drive client conversations around business continuity, operational resiliency, and cyber recovery strategies.
• Conduct resiliency workshops to define recovery objectives and strategies.
• Design resilient infrastructures and recovery solutions.
• Implement backup and data protection solutions from strategic technology partners.
• Integrate solutions with customer and hirify.global infrastructure and services.

Requirements

• 5+ years in cyber resiliency, business continuity, or security architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of business continuity management and operational resiliency principles.
• Hands-on experience with backup and data protection technologies.
• Ability to design and integrate resiliency solutions across complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience conducting risk assessments and defining recovery requirements.
• Knowledge of cyber threats such as ransomware and the implications on resiliency.
• A broad understanding of compute, cloud, applications and network infrastructure.
• Relevant certification in Business Continuity and Cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
