Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Relocation support for international hires (visa, initial accommodation, etc.)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and problem-solving approach.
• Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-hire technical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted recruiting partner to Engineering and Product leaders, advising on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
• Represent hirify.global in the technical talent market, communicating our culture, products, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruiting.
• Proven experience hiring for engineering and technical roles in fast-growing or product-driven companies.
• Solid understanding of technical profiles, stacks, and development methodologies.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with advanced search techniques and talent platforms.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage.
