Threat Intelligence Lead (Fraud Prevention): Proactively hunting and analyzing emerging cyber and fraud TTPs to inform and strengthen anti-fraud products and internal security posture. Focus on building robust threat intelligence functions, identifying and acquiring new technologies/malware, and conducting fraud penetration testing capabilities.

Salary: $160K-$210K

What you will do

• Own and manage the entire threat intelligence lifecycle, including planning, collection, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence.
• Proactively hunt for and analyze emerging cyber and fraud tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Identify and monitor external threat groups targeting hirify.global and its merchants for ATO or Payment Fraud.
• Investigate tools used by fraudsters and cyber criminals from the Dark Web and OSINT communities.
• Develop clear, concise, and timely intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts for internal audiences.
• Evaluate, implement, and maintain threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), OSINT tools, and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Compliance teams to inform product development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a dedicated Threat Intelligence, Cyber Security, or Cyberfraud role.
• Proven ability to identify and collect new fraud and cyber techniques, technologies, and systems.
• Demonstrable expertise in intelligence analysis methodologies (e.g., OSINT, Diamond Model, Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Deep understanding of the threat landscape, including a high degree of comfort operating on the Darkweb.
• High proficiency in utilizing OSINT and commercial threat intelligence sources to gather data and actionable threats.
• Experience in coding or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) to automate data collection/analysis or assist with red teaming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
