What you will do

• Identify risks, opportunities, and pricing drivers using data to influence strategic decision-making.
• Develop risk and pricing models using Machine Learning and advanced analytics for real-time insurance pricing.
• Contribute to company growth through innovative modeling, experimentation, and commercially impactful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data insights into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and advanced analytics.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Milan, Italy.

• Proficiency in Python for code development and machine learning.
