What you will do

• Design, develop, and support key data pipelines, products, and services that power analytics, AI, and customer-facing features.
• Work with business domains to understand requirements, extracting and modeling data to match.
• Implement and optimize large-scale data management solutions, balancing cost and efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance or data quality issues to maintain benchmarks.
• Communicate technical concepts and designs effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively contribute to the team roadmap, define tasks, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Experience with DataOps methods and data quality improvement techniques.
• Proficiency with DevOps concepts and tooling (Terraform, Kubernetes) and cloud services (ideally AWS).
• Proficiency with data modeling tools and techniques (dbt).
• Experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop, Pig).
• Proficiency with structured or custom ETL/ELT management (Airflow, Dagster).
• Experience or proven interest in AI/MLOps technologies.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (Relational, Snowflake).
• Excellent communication skills.
