What you will do

• Coordinate and plan client and internal projects from start to finish.
• Manage and support complex pentest quotation processes.
• Proactively align with all stakeholders and maintain clear communication with technical teams and customers.
• Solve planning and organizational challenges pragmatically.
• Track project progress in the CRM system and manage project-related documentation.
• Organize and facilitate technical meetings.

Requirements

• Experience with planning and client coordination.
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with different stakeholders.
• Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented approach.
• Technical affinity and comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Interest in cybersecurity and/or IT projects.

Nice to have

• Experience working with technical teams or in a security environment.
• Basic knowledge of pentesting or security projects.
