Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution for unifying the consumer and hirify.global Work product lines.
• Run multiple complex initiatives from problem framing and discovery through shipped milestones.
• Partner with design, engineering, and data to solve ambiguous, high-stakes product problems.
• Engage enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to identify underlying problems and drive outcomes.
• Prioritize opportunities across Android, iOS, web, and backend products.
• Coach product managers and introduce stronger approaches to product thinking, discovery, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives with limited oversight and setting product direction.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, manage multiple workstreams, and make high-impact tradeoffs.
• Strong customer and enterprise stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in how software is built and ability to reason about feasibility with engineers.
• Experience mentoring product managers without direct people-management responsibility.
