Cybersecurity Specialist (AI Trainer)

Salary: $6–$65 per hour, with the final rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Challenge advanced language models with cybersecurity incident scenarios and theoretical questions.
• Evaluate model responses for factual accuracy, logical soundness, and security relevance.
• Document reproducible model failure modes and error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Apply expertise across network security, ethical hacking, digital forensics, threat intelligence, cryptography, malware analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

Requirements

• Professional expertise in cybersecurity, including penetration testing, intrusion detection, security architecture, zero trust, ransomware mitigation, secure coding, or risk management.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to explain reasoning step by step.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information assurance, or a closely related field is ideal.
• Relevant experience in SOC environments, red team or blue team operations, or cyber policy development.
• Work remotely from the United States of America as a contractor.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification.
• Hands-on cybersecurity experience across multiple security disciplines.
