What you will do
- Listen and respond to consumer comments and questions, providing on-brand responses to influencer and consumer mentions.
- Identify opportunities for the brand to surprise and delight its audience and spot product seeding opportunities with influencers/creators.
- Track trending topics and monitor feeds for opportunities to inject the brand into culture.
- Write copy for organic posts and paid/dark content, ideating creative content that taps into trends and audience passions.
- Liaise with clients to gather feedback and approval on content, and schedule content to go live across social channels.
- Support in the development of social channel strategy workstreams and plan and create social content calendars.
Requirements
- 2/3 years of experience working in an agency or client side on brand marketing through social media.
- Level-headed, strategic thinker with creative flair and great written communications skills.
- Nuanced knowledge of social platforms and how brands can leverage them, with a keen interest in digital trends and popular culture.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinkler, Tribe).
- Proactive, structured, and agile approach with attention to details.
- English and Arabic fluency - both written and verbal - is a must.
