What you will do

• Own projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality standards across teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reliable automated tests across frontend and backend using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Contribute to the overall testing strategy, improving QA processes and metrics.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing; document, track, and verify defects.
• Participate actively in project kick-offs to understand requirements and anticipate risks.
• Mentor and support teammates, fostering an open environment for learning and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a QA Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation across frontend and backend using Playwright.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with experience building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience writing and maintaining Ruby on Rails code.
• Experience with observability and error tracking tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Sentry).
• Experience with accessibility testing and best practices.
