Gaming Customer Support Agent (Mobile Games): Answering player’s questions via email and troubleshooting technical solutions with an accent on providing timely and efficient customer service. Focus on handling inquiries across all possible communication channels and providing support in 55 languages to different businesses all over the world.

What you will do

  • Answering player’s questions via Email only.
  • Troubleshooting and providing technical solutions.

Requirements

  • You love playing Games!
  • Candidates should have previous experience in the Customer Support field.
  • Must speak and write professional English.
  • Knowledge of Email Etiquette.
  • Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection.
  • Minimum requirements – Windows: 15.6″ AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, 1,9-4,4 GHZ / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32GB / SSD – 512GB
  • You enjoy using and you understand computer systems.
  • Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed
  • Un-interrupted electricity and or UPS(power backup)
  • Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, and E-sports Knowledge is essential.
