Location: This role is based onsite in Ramat Gan, Israel.

What you will do

  • Build and qualify a strong pipeline of brand and agency prospects across entertainment, consumer products, gaming, lifestyle, retail, and hardware.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and conduct high-quality contact discovery.
  • Execute targeted outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn to generate interest and book intro meetings.
  • Support sellers by preparing account briefs, uncovering opportunities, and surfacing relevant brand activity.
  • Maintain exceptionally clean Salesforce tracking, logging all outreach, and updating contacts.
  • Conduct category and vertical research to identify new opportunities and help shape go-to-market efforts.
  • Assist with conference and event activities, including attendee research and follow-up communication.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales development, or partnerships is required.
  • Experience in gaming, advertising, or tech is a strong advantage.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover key contacts and spot opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft smart, concise outreach.
  • High attention to detail and strong ownership of CRM hygiene and reporting.
  • Proactive, independent, highly organized, and thriving in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong interest in gaming, creator economies, advertising, or brand partnerships.
  • English: B2+ proficiency is required.
