Multimedia System Team Lead: Leading the Multimedia section of the IT department, which provides audiovisual services made of more than 230 Meeting rooms and 15 auditoriums with an accent on budget planning, cost control, and vendor relationships. Focus on continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and proactive service management.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. hirify.global’s hybrid ways of working mean 3 days in the office, and 2 days WFH.

What you will do

• Manage and coach a technical team responsible for audiovisual services in over 230 meeting rooms and 15 auditoriums.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and vendor relationships.
• Manage projects in Audio visual, CCTV, and access control.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and proactive service management.
• Lead critical incident responses, ensuring fast resolution and clear stakeholder communication.
• Produce live events and support meeting room infrastructure.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a leadership role within IT or similar.
• A genuine passion for Audio visual topics.
• Technical knowledge on audiovisual systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and performance metrics.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Q-SYS or Crestron knowledge.
• Experience in live event production.
