What you will do

• Lead frontend development and influence architecture within the BASE Focus Area.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for complex scenarios.
• Partner with product managers and designers to translate vision into technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical reference and communication focal point across teams.
• Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

• Specialist frontend expertise in React and React Native.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern system designs, including cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, Backend for Frontend (BFFs), and Micro Frontends.
• Experience designing and developing complex modern mobile and web applications.
• Proficiency with RESTful and GraphQL services.
• Capable of architecting large-scale, multi-tier web applications.
• Effective communication in both Portuguese and English (C1 equivalent).
• Must be based in Brazil.
