What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for hirify.global’s core Asset Management and Tracking capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering and UX to design, build, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to understand operational workflows, pain points, and usage patterns.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvements in usability, performance, reliability, and scalability of the tracking experience.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to support product launches, adoption, and customer education.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience owning and evolving core functionality in a live, customer-facing platform.
• Strong customer empathy and comfort working directly with enterprise customers.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and detailed execution.
• Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
• Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset tracking, telematics, IoT, or location-based products.
• Mobile product experience (iOS / Android).
• Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools.
• Exposure to AI-assisted features or workflows.
• Experience working in high-growth or scaling technology organizations.
