TL;DR

Product Manager I (Fintech): Driving innovation and continuous improvement for B2C and B2B financial services channels with an accent on roadmap prioritization, feature execution, and data-driven insights. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric experiences that align with business objectives and strategic goals.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid role, 2 days/week in office in Irving or Fort Worth, TX)

What you will do

Translate organizational vision and strategic goals into a actionable product roadmap.
Prioritize the product backlog and align cross-channel experiences for optimal business results.
Analyze key product metrics to identify customer behavior patterns and improvement opportunities.
Partner with developers, UX designers, marketers, and operations to deliver high-quality features.
Prepare comprehensive product documentation and provide technical expertise to stakeholders.
Influence high-level prioritization and contribute to the future direction of digital channels.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Understanding of product management principles, lifecycles, and roadmapping.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Ability to interpret data to generate actionable business insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

Agile Certifications.
Experience with Workfront or Azure Dev Ops.
