Location: Hybrid, Austin, TX, USA. Up to 50% travel required.

What you will do

• Identify customer initiatives and map them to hirify.global solutions.
• Build relationships and technical champions within customer accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations at all Enterprise Customer organization levels.
• Lead demo and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
• Demonstrate expertise through professional content (white papers, blog posts) and evangelize hirify.global at industry events.
• Apply in-depth vertical knowledge and advise on best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
• Solid communication, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on several projects concurrently with urgency.
• Work in a hybrid format from Austin, TX, USA, with up to 50% travel required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• Deep understanding of internet security technologies (DDoS, Firewalls, TLS, VPN, DLP), networking technologies (TCP, UDP, DNS, BGP, GRE, SD-WAN, MPLS), HTTP technologies (reverse/forward proxy, WAF, CDN, serverless), Zero-trust (ZTNA, SASE, identity management), and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Some scripting or programming experience with JavaScript, Python, Golang, or BASH.

Nice to have

• Experience building or contributing to web applications.
• Polished communication and executive presentation skills with ability to drive discussions across various stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with engineers and senior executives in large and strategic accounts.
• Experience managing technical sales within large accounts, including driving technical wins and assisting with technical validation.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as FedRAMP, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2, ISO/IEC.
• Exposure to emerging technical trends such as machine learning, GenAI, DevOps, or security operations.
