What you will do

• Take full ownership of selected customer accounts.
• Guide customers through hirify.global implementations, set up the right configurations, and be their go-to person for getting up and running as fast as possible.
• Translate customer requirements and insights into product improvements.
• Spot inefficiencies and fix them through process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in technology consulting or a similar hands-on role.
• Strong customer focus: you thrive on improving your customers’ businesses and day-to-day work.
• Business acumen: you understand what drives customer value.
• High learning velocity: you pick up new skills quickly.
• Analytical sharpness: you see patterns and structure in messy problems.
• Bias toward action: you prefer shipping and iterating over over-analyzing.
