Senior Manager, Recruiting

We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Recruiting — a highly visible leadership role owning all high-volume hiring operations across assigned sites. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love operational excellence, and know how to scale hiring engines, this role is built for you.
What you’ll do
— Own all high-volume and hourly hiring delivery across assigned locations
— Serve as the primary TA partner to Plant & Operations leadership
— Lead, coach, and develop recruiting teams (recruiters + coordinators)
— Build hiring strategies based on ramp plans, attrition, and production forecasts
— Drive weekly hiring execution and ahead-of-need risk mitigation
— Lead capacity planning, workforce intake, and forecast accuracy
— Own hiring dashboards, analytics, and reporting to HR, Finance & Ops
— Improve funnel health, pipeline quality, offer acceptance, and retention
— Manage sourcing investments, scheduling efficiency, hiring events, and onboarding flow
— Champion structured interviews, standardized assessments, and compliance
— Resolve escalations and protect employer brand & candidate experience
— Build local talent pipelines through events and community partnerships
You have
— 10+ years in Recruiting or Recruiting Operations
— 3+ years leading high-volume recruiting teams
— Experience scaling hiring for manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, healthcare ops, or similar
— Strong skills in workforce planning and recruiter capacity modeling
— Ability to influence operational leaders and drive hiring decisions
— Solid ATS + analytics experience (Ashby preferred)
— Excellent communication, leadership presence, and decision-making ability
— Willingness to travel up to 15%
