Location: Remote-US or hybrid in San Francisco, with Canadian employees also supported from Toronto

Salary: $290,000–$325,000

What you will do

  • Own global talent strategy and execution for technical, GTM, and leadership roles.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Partner with executive leaders to align hiring plans with business priorities.
  • Build scalable recruiting infrastructure, processes, and systems.
  • Utilize data and analytics to forecast hiring needs and optimize operations.
  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance sourcing and assessment while elevating the employer brand.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 5+ years leading TA in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven success in building and scaling recruiting organizations.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting operations, systems, analytics, and workforce planning.
  • Strong owner mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for action.
  • Clear understanding of modern, AI-enabled recruiting and continuous improvement.
