What you will do

• Execute the complete Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process across all Banking and Trading Platforms.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end setup for new users and the initial configuration of new platforms.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date user access records for all Banking and Trading platforms.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with Banking and Trading Platform login processes.
• Design and execute routine and ad-hoc internal audit controls over user access rights and permissions across all critical systems.
• Maintain a current and accurate inventory of all devices used for accessing critical platforms.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Be a trustworthy and reliable administrator with an unwavering commitment to adherence to all internal policies, security procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluent and highly articulate communication skills in English are essential, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to operate effectively and maintain composure and accuracy within a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly regulated financial services environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working directly with the administration and configuration of banking, payment, or trading platforms is highly desirable.
• Practical experience with Google’s G Suite/Workspace productivity tools, JIRA, or other industry-standard ticketing and workflow management systems is a plus.
