What you will do

• Analyze cyber security alerts from SIEM and email security tools to perform initial incident triage.
• Monitor physical security systems including CCTV and badge access to ensure facility compliance.
• Prepare monthly SOC dashboards, reports, and maintain key performance metrics.
• Handle L1 client tickets for security products, including troubleshooting and escalation.
• Participate in on-call rotations, shift handovers, and incident post-mortems.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• 3-6 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools, EDR/AV solutions, and physical access systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Bitdefender GravityZone or Exabeam.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and SLA management.
