Focus on building proofs of concept (POCs) and serving as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders ranging from developers to C-suite executives.

Location: Must be based in Sweden

What you will do

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs covering architecture, migrations, and workflows.
• Engage stakeholders from C-suite to developers to drive customer success and product adoption.
• Evangelize hirify.global capabilities to secure strategic commitments.
• Apply a solution-based approach to deliver tangible customer value.
• Lead initiatives transforming raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with open-source software business models.
• Proven proficiency in cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Strong customer-facing skills and technical thought leadership.
• Ability to create proofs of concept (POCs) and reference implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying applications or selling into AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
• Familiarity with database programming and data modeling.
