What you will do

• Ship full-stack features: React frontends, backend APIs, data layers, infra scripts
• Review code, mentor engineers, lead architecture and technical standards
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver value fast
• Own complex end-to-end initiatives, optimize performance, scalability, reliability
• Troubleshoot production issues and guide incident response

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience with excellent full-stack skills
• 4+ years with React (Next.js), Nest.js/Express, GraphQL, Docker, Postgres
• System design and architecture knowledge: CQRS, event sourcing, distributed systems
• Build scalable, secure, production-ready systems and take ownership
• Communicates clearly in English, both written and verbal

Nice to have

• Real-time data visualizations or analytics dashboards (Tailwind, D3, AG-Grid)
• Experience with behavioral data, event streams, time-series analysis
• Shipped ML-powered features to production
• DevOps/CI-CD experience
