What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns to drive adoption and retention.
• Cultivate familiarity with the client journey and understand client needs throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver eye-catching email templates in line with brand guidelines.
• Work across teams to gather requirements, develop strategy, and craft engaging messaging.
• Define clear and powerful segments with tailored messaging.
• Optimize program and content performance through multivariate testing.
• Maintain an email calendar and share details on timing, audience, and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital communications.
• Adept with CSS, HTML, and email testing.
• Possess a data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Skilled communicator across different media and audiences with an eye for detail.
• Experience creating and managing email campaigns in email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, ConstantContact).
• Work authorization for the US is required.
