What you will do

• Design and build scalable, distributed systems aligned with long-term vision
• Drive continuous improvement of software design, coding, and quality practices
• Lead planning and delivery of new initiatives and technical roadmaps
• Balance feature delivery with operational health and system monitoring
• Mentor and grow team members, fostering a high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Bangalore, India for hybrid work
• 12+ years software engineering experience building and scaling SaaS products
• 3+ years managing technical architecture and leading delivery initiatives
• Hands-on experience with multiple general purpose languages and RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Strong Agile leadership and mentoring skills
