What you will do

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data and workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with Azure AI Search, vector databases, and secure connectors.
• Build and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, and similar platforms within enterprise guardrails.
• Create conversational agents that solve real-world problems and deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
• Drive quality and performance through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation.
• Mentor teammates and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bellevue or Seattle, USA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience including 1-2+ years on AI-powered systems or products.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C#, SQL, TypeScript/React.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel) and prompt engineering.
• Experience productionizing applications with CI/CD pipelines and working with data ingestion, ETL, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
