What you will do

• Lead design and deployment of LAN, WAN, and cloud network solutions to support organizational needs.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and business continuity.
• Manage and execute network-related projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor junior network engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with various systems and applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of network automation and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies.
• Financial industry experience.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification.
