Salary: $190,000 - $235,000

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for FedRAMP enablement, translating controls into clear requirements.
• Drive boundary and architecture decisions with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
• Ship evidence-producing capabilities supporting authorization and ongoing compliance.
• Set direction and execution for document capabilities: generation, rendering, storage, performance, reliability, and lifecycle.
• Partner with AI/ML teams to deliver document primitives that power AI experiences.
• Own the Design System roadmap, governance model, and adoption strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including platform or infrastructure-adjacent product ownership.
• Hands-on FedRAMP experience required: led or materially drove FedRAMP readiness/authorization for a SaaS/cloud product.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguity into strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes; strong written and executive communication.
• Track record of leading cross-functional delivery and launches involving Engineering, Security/GRC, Legal, and GTM.

Nice to have

• Experience owning document/content services (storage, rendering, pipelines, performance/SLOs) at scale.
• Familiarity with how documents are processed for AI and partnering with AI/ML teams on platform dependencies and governance.
• Experience building or scaling a Design System (component governance, accessibility, adoption, developer experience).
• Experience with enterprise SaaS pricing/packaging inputs (entitlements, plan gating) and launching platform capabilities.
• Engineering background or experience as a Technical Product Manager and/or Technical Program/Project Manager.
