IT Risk & Security Consultant (Cloud Security): Providing operational support, security planning, and assessments across the enterprise with an accent on cloud technologies from AWS and Azure. Location: Hybrid, must be based at US OH Akron Corp Hdqtrs. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and implement security standards, processes, and guidelines for cyber operational support and governance, with a focus on cloud-based technologies like AWS and Azure.
• Monitor IT Risk & Security services to ensure compliance and meet service level objectives.
• Coordinate with global technology and business groups to assess, implement, and monitor IT-related cloud security risks.
• Provide consulting services on IT risk and security expertise to assist business units.
• Participate in or perform individual IT investigations and analysis of network and computer digital forensics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Information Technology (or 9-11 years in lieu of degree).
• Strong focus on cloud security best practices, architectural guidance, and cyber incident response.
• Ability to convey complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.

• Strong team-player capable of creating relationships and building trust with stakeholders globally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, acting decisively and driving towards solutions.
• Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with cloud-native security solutions and design best practices in AWS and Azure.
