What you will do

• Lead a US-based team focused on AI and ML to automate workflows across our SaaS platform.
• Guide the technical direction of our AI initiatives, mentoring a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver innovative solutions.
• Integrate advanced AI and ML solutions to optimize freight transportation logistics.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focusing on machine learning, AI, and data science.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying ML models and AI solutions at scale.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with a focus on AI and ML project execution.
• Strong understanding of data engineering and the ability to work with large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Familiarity with Azure ML services, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
