What you will do

• Design and facilitate structured goal-setting frameworks that emphasize intrinsic, long-term motivation over extrinsic rewards.
• Apply principles of positive psychology, self-determination theory, and solution-oriented thinking to develop resilient, self-motivated employees.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape a culture of growth, reflection, and continuous learning.
• Track qualitative and quantitative indicators of engagement, growth, and retention.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Organizational Behaviour, Coaching or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in employee development, coaching, or people success roles, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of motivational theories (Self-Determination Theory, Growth Mindset, Flow, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - able to inspire and guide others through transformation.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure engagement and success through both numbers and narratives.
• This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
