What you’ll be doing
— Own the full recruitment lifecycle: from intake to offer
— Manage hiring across technical and non-technical roles
— Work directly with the Chief People Officer, advising on hiring strategy
— Build scalable processes and operate as the sole recruitment owner
— Use hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates) to optimize processes
— Partner with Hiring Managers and cross-functional leaders, providing data-driven insights
— Navigate complexity, challenge assumptions, and drive meaningful organizational impact
— Act as a problem-solver, removing blockers and delivering high-value hires

What we expect from you
— 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments
— Proven experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles (crypto or fintech strongly preferred)
— Ability to manage global searches across multiple levels
— Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
— Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and passive talent engagement
— Exceptional time and project management, ensuring alignment in complex hiring processes
— Solution-oriented mindset and ability to influence senior leaders
