Location: Hybrid role, requiring in-office collaboration in London for 10+ days a month.

hirify.global is building crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers to improve the global financial system.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process from sourcing to offers for multiple positions.
  • Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and align with hiring managers' priorities.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and prepared.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
  • Drive intake meetings, interview team kick-offs, and candidate debrief processes.
  • Send weekly progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in recruiting, with a few years in Business Recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a proven track record of converting passive candidates into hires.
  • Experience using various ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Gem, and Github.
  • Experienced London recruiter with extensive tech and financial sector knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working and recruiting for a Fintech company.
