The People Partner role blends process creation with hands-on execution. You will be the go-to contact for employees and managers on performance, compensation, growth, and workplace topics — while building scalable people systems from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing
— Own and run the full performance review cycle: process design, communication, execution, and calibration
— Develop and maintain compensation bands, grading logic, and salary review guidelines
— Support and advise managers on compensation, promotions, and performance decisions
— Act as a single point of contact for employees on compensation, performance, growth, and workplace concerns
— Build scalable, automated, well-documented processes for performance and rewards
— Monitor retention, turnover, and employee experience signals and proactively drive improvements

What we expect from you
— 3+ years of experience in performance management, rewards, people operations, or similar roles
— Proven track record of designing and running performance review cycles
— Hands-on experience with compensation frameworks and salary review processes
— Strong English communication skills
— Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders
— A proactive, change-driving mindset — not just maintaining processes, but improving them
