People Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, Sydney, Australia. This role supports globally distributed teams across Australia, EMEA, and the US, and may require participation in meetings outside of standard local hours.

What you will do

• Act as primary HR contact for managers and employees in assigned teams.
• Guide managers on performance management, feedback, and role changes.
• Support employee relations matters, including performance issues and disciplinary actions.
• Execute People & Culture programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to HR process development and documentation.
• Ensure people practices align with local employment requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of HR experience, including prior HRBP or generalist role.
• Experience supporting managers and employees in fast-paced or growing environments.
• Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Solutions-focused HR partner comfortable with established frameworks.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
