We’re looking for a People Partner who will become the trusted HR point of contact for our team across EMEA — supporting engagement, performance, growth, and daily people operations.

What you’ll do
— Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing clear, high-quality HR support
— Support engagement & retention: surveys, feedback loops, planning team events
— Respond to questions on policies, benefits, and work arrangements
— Own onboarding & offboarding, conduct exit interviews, ensure smooth handovers
— Partner with managers on performance, employee relations, and development
— Mediate conflicts with fairness and professionalism
— Support implementation of HR programs and well-being initiatives
— Plan and coordinate internal events and corporate activities
— Assist with learning & development: organize training, track participation

What you bring
— Up to 4 years of HR experience, including 2+ years as a People Partner (or similar role)
— Experience supporting teams of 50+ employees
— Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
— Excellent communication and organizational skills
— Experience with HRIS (Rippling is a plus)
— Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset
— English proficiency B2+
