Location: This is a hybrid role. Candidates must reside within 45 miles of a hirify.global office, such as Tel Aviv, and will work onsite three days per week.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance for platform architecture, design patterns, and code reviews.
• Track team development process and be accountable for platform service delivery, reliability, quality, and timelines.
• Set high-quality standards for platform services, seeking and choosing technical solutions.
• Take a leading role in design and implementation of shared platform components, APIs, and infrastructure services.
• Drive platform adoption across engineering teams and establish best practices for platform consumption.
• Be responsible for the growth and evolution of your team members, providing career development and mentorship.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in platform or infrastructure domains.
• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer.
• Deep knowledge of at least one of C#, .Net, .Net Core.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design patterns.
• Proficient in multithreading, Object-Oriented programming, and asynchronous patterns.
• Broad experience in designing, executing, and delivering platform services and shared infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and operational best practices.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience building platforms for enterprise security products.
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
• Understanding of multi-tenancy patterns and isolation strategies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
